Analyze and collect requirements, gaps for developing business system, user of related system and operational procedure, not only projects in responsibility but also the other process and system, which related with them
Keep track of issues and the impact of the problem, also find the solution for business users
Fix problem and give consultation with people, who involved requests, monitor and capture them
Work with vendors and communicate to members in team
Able to deliver related documents in project
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Account or relevant field
At least 2-5 year experience
Experience in analysis or design workflow
Understand of SDLC (Water fall)
Knowledge on business insurance or life insurance is advantage
Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure
